Great hotel, becareful of hidden fees!!!
Great atmosphere. Nice staff specially Zultan at breakfast time, MD and all porters with nice smile and big welcoming. Wide room with nice atrium view. Social hotel with lot of weddings, events and conferences. Great smell/odor, and I asked the recepetion and they didn't know the name of this refrushing perfum. Great and fast room service.
Once reaching reception, they will consider the guest like a bank and need to pay for everythings even unknown fees, which is not included at all in my booking. Booking.com should deal with this. I send Booking so many messages and till the date no reply!! They deducted 700 pounds in addition to the booking's amount which exceeds 2200 pounds. Even at checkout, they provide a list of more than 300 pounds, and when I reviewed it, it was all admin fees or tips!! It should be only 100 pounds and they accept it by saying: "as you like, if you want to pay you can pay"!!! I cannot imagine such cheating in such a great hotel. Despite sending so many emails, until the date, I didn't get back the deposit to my card. All in all, this hotel is great but it is the real time to change management specifically at reception. Hard to say that next time we will stay in another hotel, because this hotel is a real comfort place, however, spoiling their reputation with these unknown and hidden fees. Also, breakfast is waste of time, cause you need to wait more than a hour to get your dishes!! As tourists this is really frustrating. Location is far a way.
